Logalone

LogAlone v1.22 is a logging software working with the AatonRoot database delivered by Keylink v.6.14+. AatonRoot --one 1.4Mb diskette only for a complete film project-- is imported, edited ( Sc&Tk entries, in/out point tuning, event creation, event suppression, 'episode' sorting, ScriptLink import), printed and exported as ATN/FLeX Ascii lists into "Avid" and "Lightworks" NLEs.

LogAlone not only prevents the telecine session from being delayed but it also provides transfer database back-ups which can be accessed at any time.

Latest improvements:

The BorderMover shifts event in(out) into the preceding (following) event out(in) while permanently avoiding overlaps.
Episode sorting generates ATN/FLeX lists containing one episode only before NLE digitization. Each scene carries the A, B, etc. prefix of the episode entered by ScriptLink, Keylink or Logalone e.g. Scen E123b4. Selection of the 'E' episode highlights E-events in the view/edit screen; non-E-events remain active for BorderMover and event creation but they are eliminated from the 'E' ATN/FLeX lists; digitization into Avid or L/Wks is thus activated on E-events only.
A single keystroke [Ctrl+A] fills the video TC gap between events.
Leading 00s are eliminated from the video tape ID field.
When creating several takes from a single 'long' file, the BorderMover can be speed up by [Ctrl + <- ->] which makes for 240 image increments.
For higher readability of printed ATN lists, the video reel# is repeated on each intermediary header.
